WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

* High School diploma or equivalent

* Valid Driver's License with a clear driving record

* Proficient in verbal and written English

* Demonstrated willingness to learn and work

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

* Maintaining the overall first impressions of the main entrance while greeting & assisting guests with doors as necessary.

* Providing safe operation while parking and retrieving customer vehicles in designated spaces, recording location and number and safekeeping of keys and ticket.

* Providing best-in-class customer service with all interactions including responding to guest inquiries and efficient parcel package deliver to resident apartment
