Job Description

  • Creates, defines and develops system validation environment and test suites.
  • Uses and applies emulation and platform-level tools and techniques to ensure performance to spec. Responsible for the development of methodologies, execution of validation plans, and debug of failures.
  • Requires broad understanding of multiple system areas and requires interfaces with Architecture, Design, and Pre-silicon Validation teams in improving post-silicon test content and providing feedback for future on-die debug features.
  • Supports SSD joint-qualifications for data center customers.
  • Collaborates with top tier customers to understand their environment, technical requirements, use cases, and test content.
  • Responsible for ensuring a smooth qualification process by developing and executing quality test coverage.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years related/relevant experience.
  • Experience with platform development, validation, or debug.
  • Knowledge of the NVMe, PCIe, or related specifications.

Additional information

  • For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $102,120 – $169,020 USD. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
  • This is a hybrid role reporting in-person 2-3 days per week at our Rancho Cordova, California site (Office & Lab).
