• Exceptional guest service skills are required.
• Knowledgeable in bowling operations and reservation systems preferred.
• Point of Sale and Cash handling experience preferred
• Must be customer service oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Available to work nights weekends and holidays
• Flexible scheduling

Responsibilities

• Providing friendly, professional, and responsive guest service.
• Welcome and assist guests with selecting bowling packages, bowling shoes, bowling lane set-up, and if needed,help in choosing a bowling ball.
• Cashier
• Accountable for maintaining excellent cleanliness of the bowling area: tables, counters,chairs, and floors.
• Clean bowling lanes, gutters, and ball return areas.
