The Biweekly deduction from employee paycheck is $40.00 for Employee Only, $95.00 Employee plus Children, $120.00 Employee plus Spouse, $140.00 Employee plus family.FUNCTIONS STATEMENT: Transfer monies to and from the Vault within the gaming operations.Major Duties:
- Responsible for completing accurate monetary exchanges and document transactions
- Ensure check and balance report.
- Responsible for change orders, verifying vault banks and preparing deposits.
- Responsible for preparing checks and related documents for jackpots and reporting the information to accounting.
- Responsible for maintaining gaming compliance and policies.
- Practice generally accepted accounting principles when required.
- Ability to communicate with others effectively in working out solutions to problems or questions relating to finance.

- Knowledge of basic accounting concepts such as debits and credits and terminology.
- Knowledge of Tribal accounting policies and practices.
- Knowledge of various prescribed accounting and/or vault documents.
- Some knowledge in the use of 10-key calculator.
- Knowledge of effective and courteous communication skills.
- Knowledge of grammatically correct verbal and writing skills.
FACTOR 2: SUPERVISORY CONTROLS
- Incumbent is under very direct, close and watchful supervision of the Vault Supervisor.
- Supervisor assigns work on information regarding the objectives, priorities and deadlines.
- Incumbent handles work independently according to established policies and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Supervisor assigns work in terms of objectives and basic priorities and is available for consultation in resolving complex or controversial issues.
- Incumbent carries out the instructions precisely accurately.
- Completed tasks are reviewed to determine that objectives have been met and are in compliance with policies and procedures.
FACTOR 3: GUIDELINES
- Guidelines include Citizen Potawatomi Nation regulations and directives, handbooks, precedents, and files of previous projects.
- Guidelines include Citizen Potawatomi Nation Gaming Commission regulations.
- Guidelines include the (MICS) Minimum Internal Control Standards.
- Written and oral guides provide specific instructions for doing the work.
- These guidelines are generally applicable, but the employee makes adaptations in dealing with problems and unusual situations.
FACTOR 4: COMPLEXITY
- The level of difficulty will vary from mild to moderately complex circumstances on a routine basis.
- The incumbent will not be required to depart from past approaches and will refer unusual situations immediately to the supervisor.
FACTOR 5: SCOPE AND EFFECT
- The purpose of the work is to conduct sound, precise financial management and contribute to the generation of a profit by providing quality services to the Fire Lake Entertainment Center.
- The work affects the bottom line (profit) of the Fire Lake Entertainment Center and subsequently the reflection upon the image of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation as a successful entrepreneur.
FACTOR 6: PERSONAL CONTACTS
- The range of contacts includes ordinary citizens who come to enjoy the amenities offered by the property, to International dignitaries in addition to those dignitaries who represent the Citizen Potawatomi Nation, National Indian Gaming Commission.
FACTOR 7: PURPOSE OF CONTACTS
- The purpose of the contacts is to demonstrate that high quality accountability practices are being implemented.
FACTOR 8: PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Sitting or standing or walking for long periods of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling, frequent repetitive motions, talking hearing, and visual acuity
- Frequent lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
- Occasional lifting (up to 75 lbs.).
FACTOR 9: WORK ENVIRONMENT
- The work environment is typical of that in a casino with heavy cigarette smoke, competing noises and communications.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- Must have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Knowledge of accounting concepts, techniques and terminology.
- Must have basic math skills and cash handling skills.
- Must have very good communication and written skills.
- Ability to work any shift, start time, weekends, and holidays.
