Job Description:

Role: Veeva Techno functional BA

Location: Hartford, CT, Bridge water NJ

Duration: Fulltime

Required Qualifications:

Must have one of the following

• Experience in Veeva Vault configuration
• Perform Veeva Vault user access management:
• Verify training status
• Add/remove users from vault
• Assign security profiles, license types, groups
• Communicate to users the status of requests.
• Create/Maintain Work Instructions
• Create/Manage Veeva Vault QMS change controls
• Perform Veeva Vault configuration changes for enhancements and elective release functionality
• Veeva Certification and configuration experience in at least one of eTMF, CTMS, PromoMats, MedComms, RIM
• Veeva Vault environment management
• Refresh vaults as needed.
• Create new vaults as needed.
• Monitor age and size of vaults and communicate impending size and age limits.
• Monitor license usage and communicate impending limits.
• Monitor various email inboxes, ServiceNow groups and team channel communications for action.
• Analyze ServiceNow ticket history for trends and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Manage business and IS stakeholders.
• PS: All the above ask require hands on experience, and the desired team member has to be performing these activities on day-to-day basis.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Planning and Co-ordination skills
• Good Communication and Analytical skills
• Familiarity with software development methodology such as Agile/Scrum.
