The Vehicle Title Administrator's responsibility is to assist with tracking incoming vehicle titles, follow up on outstanding vehicle titles and help with recording title liens. Maintain internal tracking system with accuracy and upload necessary files into Director. Make outgoing follow up calls to vendors and customers on titled funded transactions. Aid in correcting vehicle title errors and issues.Duties and responsibilities:
- Follow up for receipt of original titles with vendors and customers
- Create and package vehicle title packets for mailing
- Assist in correcting vehicle title errors and issues
- Release title liens on terminated contracts
- Check-in completed titles and file with contract
- Input data, track documents and maintain tickler system
- Maintain knowledge of titling requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Associate's Degree or Two Year College Equivalent in Business, finance, or administrative program preferred with 2+ years of work experience in a financial setting preferred.This is a full-time position with benefits.
