The Veteran Program Coordinator is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing programs and services that support veterans in an inpatient setting. This role involves coordinating care, advocating for veteran-specific needs, and ensuring seamless integration of supportive resources to enhance the recovery and well-being of inpatient veterans. This role is based in an inpatient behavioral health facility and involves direct interactions with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
