We are looking to add to our growing hospital and are in search of Client Service Representatives with approximately a year of experience in the Animal Industry (Pet Store, Kennel/Daycare, Grooming, Veterinary Hospital)

The Full Time first shift schedule:

· Monday 8a-6p

· Tuesday 10a-6p

· Thursday 8a-2p

· Friday 10a-6p

Compensation: From $18 per hour

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of small animal medicine as this role supports our ER and specialty team
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and disease processes
  • Experience and comfort with dogs and cats in your vicinity
  • Communicate professionally with clients, and team members (verbally and written)
  • Proficient computer and phone skills
  • Comfort being around animals
  • Ensure the cleanliness and integrity of the hospital
  • Attention to detail, organization, and a calm demeanor required
  • Ability to focus, prioritize, and multitask in a fast-paced, environment
