Position Overview: As a Veterinary Receptionist at Robinson Animal Hospital, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic. You will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, processing payments, and assisting with administrative tasks to support the veterinary team. Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic's appointment calendar.
  • Check-in clients and patients upon arrival, obtain necessary information, and update patient records.
  • Process payments, invoices, and insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and organizing paperwork.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding appointment reminders, medication refills, and follow-up care instructions.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a veterinary or medical receptionist is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and experience with veterinary practice management software preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
