We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our veterinary hospital team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and enhancing our online presence to attract and engage pet owners. The ideal candidate is passionate about animals, has a strong understanding of digital marketing, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:Social Media Management:
  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy.
  • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos) across various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor social media accounts and interact with followers, responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
Marketing:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote veterinary services, special events, and community outreach programs.
  • Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and email campaigns.
  • Maintain and update the hospital's website with relevant content and ensure it is optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Coordinate and manage online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and social media ads.
Community Engagement:
  • Build and maintain relationships with local pet-related businesses, organizations, and influencers to enhance our community presence.
  • Organize and promote events such as pet adoption drives, open houses, and educational seminars.
  • Represent the veterinary hospital at community events and networking opportunities.
Administrative Duties:
  • Track and report on marketing performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
  • Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.
Skills and Competencies:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
