Position: Vice President Capital Markets
Location: Onsite in Chicago, IL
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the execution of capital raising transactionsWork closely with senior bankers to develop financing strategies for clientsAnalyze industry and market trends to identify potential opportunities for clientsPrepare pitch books, offering memorandum, and other marketing materials for client presentationsOversee due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, accounting, and other advisorsCultivate new client relationshipsProvide mentorship and guidance to junior team membersStay updated on regulatory requirements and market developments affecting capital marketsMinimum Requirements:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in investment banking or related fieldBachelor's degree in finance, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)Strong knowledge of capital markets and financing transactionsProven track record of successfully executing capital raising transactionsExcellent analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skillsFINRA Series 7, Series 79 and Series 63 licenses required (or within 6 months of hire)Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWilling to travel 50% of roleStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectivelyMust be highly organized and demonstrate a strong attention to detailSelf-confident and have the ability to maintain composure in challenging environmentsBenefits:
