We're seeking a future team member in the position ofPMO– Project Officeto join ourTreasury Services team. This role is in Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL - HYBRID.

In this role, you will be a member of the Client Program Office team for the Treasury Services business, responsible for supporting various projects to enable the business to meet its high-growth and operational excellence objectives.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support the delivery of complex projects within Treasury Services, from intake and demand management, through to benefits realization.
  • Responsible for end-to-end program management and governance activities such as project planning, reporting, issue and risk identification, tracking, scope management, estimation, client management, relationship management and other project documentation preparation.
  • Work with key internal and external stakeholders on business opportunities including project operating model (organization, processes, systems, data and controls).
  • Work with Sales, Finance, Product and Technology / Data teams to enable timely execution of agreed deliverables and monitor progress
  • Deliver against OKR's, KPI's and other strategic goals.
  • Ensures delivery is in conformance with company methodologies and standards to align towards our strategic Business outcomes.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • 5-7 years of work experience, preferably within Financial Services; understanding of the Payments landscape and Technology is a plus.
  • Experience planning and managing the governance and reporting of large projects, consisting of multiple business partners.
  • Strong Project management experience including Agile requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, organized and communicate written&verbal messages for senior audiences
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and meeting pressing deadlines.
