Job Description :

This position is responsible for the overall oversight of the day-to-day operations of the Accounting Department and managing the general accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and tax planning functions of the Bank.

Qualifications:

  • College degree in Accounting.
  • 5-7 years prior work experience in accounting.
  • CPA and banking experience preferred.
  • 5 years of previous supervisory experience.
  • Working knowledge of automated financial accounting, budgeting, and reporting systems.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including proficiency in leading presentations.
  • Strong computer skills; working knowledge of all common Office applications (i.e., Word & Excel). SQL experience preferred.
  • Good organizational and administrative skills for the coordination of institution-wide initiatives.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to comply with attendance requirements.
  • Strong team player.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
