Together with a small but ambitious team of colleagues, the successful candidate will help drive forward the further expansion of their European business development activities.RESPONSIBILITIES
Originate new but long-standing client relationships within the family office, endowment & foundation space, and through consultants Lead new business development efforts, including maintaining detailed pipeline of prospects through the firm's CRM system and external sources Understand client initiatives and developments and convey the HQ value proposition to help clients execute their strategy Work with external capital providers to generate leads and gain fundraising support Generate ideas on how to extend and sharpen the existing product portfolio to attract new customers and increase share of wallet Work closely with the global marketing team on content creation, preparation, and maintenance of materials for external and internal useSKILLS AND QUALIFICATION Degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business Administration or similar 7+ years of experience in raising capital Deep relationships with European private market investors Solid understanding of private markets, especially private equity market dynamics is a strong plus Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop relationships of trust High level of organization skills, ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, meticulous attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluency in German and EnglishOUR OFFER Opportunity to take on responsibility from day one International working environment Open communication, flat hierarchies and short information channels Competitive remuneration Attractive workplace on the HQ Campus in Bad Homburg with staff restaurant Free beverages and snacks Company pension scheme Bicycle scheme via Jobrad Regular staff eventsIf you are interested in working in a growing, dynamic and well established team operating as part of a global organization, we would like to hear from you.
