The Digital Client Onboarding team defines and drives the online and mobile experiences for client onboarding at ETRADE.com and Morgan Stanley Online. Our goal is to provide clear, user-friendly digital experiences that will help enable our clients to reach their financial goals by allowing them to easily open and fund new accounts. Our user experiences are targeted to users across a wide-ranging set of products, including self-directed brokerage, retirement, banking, stock plan, and robo-advisor, and more.
We are seeking a smart, passionate, detail-oriented team player who loves interacting with a diverse set of people solving tough problems and challenging the status quo. The individual in this role will be responsible for leading an agile team in defining, building, and enhancing end-to-end client onboarding user journeys for a variety of new and existing products at Morgan Stanley and ETRADE. The applicant should bring a strong product management skillset with an ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative metrics to understand our business and measure success. Key desired attributes include strong communication skills, strategic thinking and planning, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders at all levels of the firm.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $185,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
