About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Endpoint Solutions to take a leading role in defining and executing the go-to-market strategy for its rapidly expanding endpoint identity security solutions. This includes a focus on endpoint privilege management, endpoint passwordless authentication, and identity bridge capabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maturing cross-functional go-to-market execution mechanisms, collaborating with various teams such as sales, marketing, partners, customer success, support, and product. The role demands a leader who can inspire high performance, is comfortable with global team leadership, and can engage effectively at the CxO level. The VP will also be tasked with building a strategic long-term business while delivering near-term results, and must be adept at identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.Applicants for the Vice President, Endpoint Solutions role at the company should have a deep understanding of the endpoint security market, with at least 10 years' experience in product or solutions management or engineering, and a strong technical background in at least one operating system. Experience in technology and go-to-market alliances, as well as a proven track record of working with enterprise customers, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in identity security, particularly in the areas of privileged access management, access management, and identity administration. A Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates holding an MBA. The role also requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to travel as needed.
