VP, Enterprise Architecture

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President - Enterprise Architecture to lead the architectural vision, strategy, and execution for our organization. In this role, you will oversee a talented team of approximately five direct reports, including Enterprise Architects, Business Architects, Solution Architects, and Quality Assurance professionals, ensuring the delivery of robust, scalable, and innovative solutions aligned with business goals. The successful candidate will drive the implementation of architectural initiatives that enhance efficiency, generate revenue, and provide competitive advantages in the market.

This role is fully onsite in Oklahoma City and offers a base salary of $210,000-$235,000, with an annual discretionary bonus opportunity of up to 15%. Paid relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates. Full benefits package.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in an analytical field such as Software Development, Mathematics, or a related discipline is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of direct enterprise architecture experience, with a proven track record of successful project delivery and leadership.
• Strong understanding of core technologies, including development tools, methodologies, package solutions, systems architecture, security techniques, and emerging technologies.
• Expertise in architectural principles, end-to-end system design, and integration.
• Proficiency in analyzing and implementing technologies that align with business strategy and priorities.
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, IT security standards, and best practices for enterprise architecture.

Architectural Strategy and Leadership

• Define and oversee the implementation of end-to-end integrated systems and high-level frameworks.
• Lead architectural initiatives to improve efficiency and drive revenue in alignment with business strategy.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of organizational technologies, architectures, and emerging industry trends.
• Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and metrics to align with the business vision and goals.
• Provide technical leadership to architects and engineers, ensuring alignment with best practices and company priorities.

Innovation and Technology Adoption

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and adoption of cutting-edge technologies.
• Conduct research and analysis of emerging technologies and evaluate potential technology partners to enhance business capabilities.

Business Collaboration and Vision Alignment

• Partner with business stakeholders to integrate technology considerations into strategic planning and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, facilitating communication and collaboration.
• Develop and communicate a clear technology roadmap to support business priorities.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Collaborate with product management, marketing, and operations teams to align technology initiatives with customer needs and market demands.
• Coordinate with IT and security teams to ensure the integrity, scalability, and security of technology solutions.

Performance Metrics and Reporting

• Establish and monitor metrics to measure the success of technology initiatives and their impact on business outcomes.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on performance data and feedback.
