About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for a unique role that combines finance and information technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of key duties, including financial analysis, cost containment, and overseeing the Finance and IT departments. This role requires a candidate with a Bachelor of Science in accounting or business Administration, an active CPA certification, and at least five years of experience in healthcare, particularly in managing revenue within the Medicare Special Needs plans. Experience in negotiating contracts with Medicare Advantage insurance companies is also essential. The Vice President will be tasked with establishing and maintaining financial record systems, ensuring compliance with regulations, and proactively exploring new programs to diversify revenue.In addition to the financial responsibilities, the role involves anticipating and managing IT needs, as well as overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the company's facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, with experience in implementing cutting-edge solutions in a healthcare environment. They will be expected to collaborate with independent auditing firms, gather and document technical requirements, and ensure that the company's IT and financial systems provide necessary data for reporting requirements. The Vice President will also be involved in long-range planning for the company's facilities, including renovations, additions, and compliance with safety standards and regulations. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, superior cost analysis leadership, and a proven track record in both financial and IT management.
