The VPFA will also be responsible for overseeing a large and diverse team, fostering professional development, and promoting a culture of data-informed assessment and evaluation.Applicants for the Vice President for Finance and Administration position at the company should have a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a master's degree or professional certification. A minimum of 5 years' experience in finance and administration, with a proven track record of leadership and management, is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in long-range strategic financial and facilities planning, and a history of success in a public/union environment. Responsibilities include serving as the Chief Financial Officer, advising the President on budget matters, and leading the division in finding creative solutions within the parameters of a public/union environment.
