About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Program Management to lead its Capital Programs Vertical, which is responsible for the end-to-end management of a large portfolio of modernization projects. The successful candidate will oversee the Program Management Department, ensuring the effective and timely deployment of resources to complete projects on time and within budget. This role requires a strategic leader with a strong background in program and project management, particularly in a complex context. The VP will be responsible for the overall management and oversight of the assigned programs, including contracting, project controls, and alignment with the company's divisions. Key day-to-day responsibilities include managing multiple Program Management teams, creating and administering agreements, providing direction on project management issues, and monitoring program performance metrics.Candidates for the Vice President position must have a BA in engineering or architecture, a valid New York State professional engineer's license or architect registration, and a minimum of 5-10 years' experience in program management services or related areas. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in managing large contracts, strong knowledge of construction, consultant management, and procurement, and familiarity with public sector operations. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree, CCM or PMP certifications, and experience with public or affordable housing.
