Job Description

AlTi s Finance team is seeking an FP&A VP to join their high-performing organization. The Global FP&A team partners closely with AlTi s business leaders to drive financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, as well as to accelerate the modernization of the company s financial reporting infrastructure.

This new role, reporting into the Head of Global FP&A, is a highly visible role that will work closely with the senior leadership including the company s CEO, President, and CFO, and will offer exposure to members of our Board of Directors.

The role offers a public company FP&A experience at a global level by developing key analytics and insights to enable business decisions. Other strategic work will include, but not limited to, preparation of Board presentations and communications with external parties including Shareholders/Investors, Investment Banks, Rating Agencies, and Regulatory Authorities. This pivotal role will provide critical support on M&A, capital markets transactions, and special Management Team projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with the executive leadership to provide business analytics and timely forecasts to determine current and future financial performance
  • Drive the implementation of rolling forecasts and support the quarterly earnings guidance to the investor community
  • Prepare Board of Directors materials and presentations to summarize financial outlook and offer insightful recommendations
  • Support the modernization of AlTi s financial reporting infrastructure by leveraging OneStream s dashboarding and visualization capabilities
  • Work collaboratively with the Finance teams to support and review monthly financial reporting performance and drive timely reporting
  • Drive the successful and timely completion of special projects (certain periods requiring a high time-commitment are predictable, while others may not be)
  • Develop strong banking relationships and assist with capital markets transactions

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience
  • Financial Services experience is highly desirable, especially within a global organization
  • Experience working in a dynamic financial planning & analysis team within a publicly traded company environment
  • Deep track record in preparing timely Board decks and other external presentations to a high degree of accuracy
  • Demonstrated background in organizing and distilling large data sets into a clear and concise analytical narrative. Ability to offer financial insights that enable impactful business decisions
  • Proficiency with OneStream is highly preferred
  • Critical attention to detail and highly organized
  • Versatile collaborator, with exceptional work ethic, eager to learn, ask questions, and navigate across different perspectives
  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics. MBA is a plus
  • Professional certification such as CMA/CPA are a plus

With respect to positions in our New York Office, the expected base salary ranges from $140,000 - $160,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, and education. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus
