About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global Transaction Banking Product Specialist - VP to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales prospects, gathering market intelligence, and developing proposals to ensure a consistent flow of new business. This role involves marketing various trade products to potential clients, monitoring service activities, and maintaining awareness of key trends in the industry. The candidate will also be expected to contribute to the development of the product proposition, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance with the company's operating practices and governance.Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field, and at least 5 years' experience in product development, business development, or trade finance. Essential skills include familiarity with trade rules, high motivation, and proactive approach, as well as a strong understanding of the mechanics, drivers, and risks associated with trade products. The role requires the ability to develop and maintain client relationships, superior marketing, presentation, and sales skills, and the capacity to work independently while collaborating across the organization. A self-starter with a positive attitude, the candidate should be capable of creating strategic plans and have a demonstrated understanding of the product development lifecycle. Desirable qualifications include knowledge of ESG in trade finance, additional languages, and experience in operational trade finance areas.
