Opportunity Finance Network (OFN) seeks to fill the role of Vice President, GGRF Program Management. The Vice President, Greenhouse Gas Reduction Fund (GGRF) Program Management is responsible for successful program coordination handling and execution. This role manages the day-to-day operations of OFN's GGRF programmatic activities, primarily related to its Clean Communities Investment Accelerator (CCIA) award. This position liaises across OFN to ensure connectivity between organizational functions and to monitor progress toward stated award objectives. This individual serves as an internal expert on project management, federal grant management, and federal regulatory compliance.

This position is based in Washington, D.C. All staff currently work a hybrid schedule.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in public policy, public administration, or related fields or 5-7 years of work experience in lieu of a degree required.
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience is required, including a minimum of 3+ years directly managing federal awards (either within the federal government or as an award recipient).
  • PMP certification is strongly desired but not required; project management training is preferred.
  • Demonstrated understanding of federal regulatory powers and authority of the state and federal agencies is required.
  • Understanding of the CDFI industry is preferred.

FLSA Status: Exempt

The full salary range for VP leveled employees is $90,100 to $162,800.

Salaries paid at Opportunity Finance Network will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the position level.
