About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP IDN Solutions to serve as the Strategy and Implementation lead for all classified Health Systems in a designated area. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the company's brand, products, and services within these health systems, with a focus on long-term partnership relationships. This role involves leveraging knowledge of key customer initiatives, partnering with regional and growth market teams, and leading the implementation of strategies to maximize opportunities within the assigned health systems. The VP of IDN Solutions will also be accountable for informing the company's understanding of health system consolidation and the viability of near- and long-term opportunities.Applicants for the VP IDN Solutions position at the company should have a strong background in the medical device industry, with a proven track record of driving sales growth within large, complex health systems. The role requires the ability to develop and execute tailored strategic plans, lead and influence cross-functional teams, and manage negotiations for large, system-wide standardization agreements. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills, the ability to work effectively within a matrix organization, and a strong command of CRM tools. A Bachelor's degree with at least 15 years of sales experience, including 7 years in healthcare or capital equipment sales, is required. Experience in a service line leadership capacity or with an innovation supplier selling into senior leadership levels is preferred.
