About the Role Our Regional Vice Presidents are passionate about NewtonX. The RVP's primary role is to hire, lead, coach, and develop a team of quota-bearing client partnership managers to drive retention and new business revenue for NewtonX. This position is focused on growing and retaining NewtonX's most important enterprise clients (e.g., Microsoft, Salesforce). In this role, you will: Achieve or overachieve performance targets. Develop and execute a growth strategy to achieve defined business results. Hire and retain client partnership talent by following NewtonX's traits-based recruitment methodology; build and maintain a bench of candidates for future growth hires. Conduct team and individual account planning and prospecting training sessions with direct reports; co-sell, coach, and develop direct reports on a daily basis. Ensure each team member is capable of initiating, developing, and maintaining executive-level relationships. Lead assigned team with effective communication of expectations and growth motions aligned to the overall NewtonX sales strategy. Enable the team's success through effective leadership and coaching. Take ownership of your professional growth and your team's professional growth. What you have 6+ years of consultative, B2B sales or growth experience within consulting or market research. 3+ years of leading a revenue generating team of 6+ associates. Demonstrated executive presence and business acumen; excellent verbal and written communication skills. Rigorous sales process, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Proven and consistent achievement of sales quotas and financial commitments. Natural curiosity and a desire to learn and be coached. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. What we offer Competitive compensation - base salary range $160-190K, uncapped commission and equity.
