Your Role as Vice President of Community Outreach

As the VP of Community Outreach, you will develop and execute strategies to strengthen digital partnerships that align with Harvest Solutions' mission. Collaborating with colleges, domestic abuse organizations, mental health institutions, food banks, and other community groups, you'll ensure seamless integration of resources and support into our app and website platform.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

• Develop and lead a digital-first community outreach strategy, focusing on key areas like mental health advocacy, domestic abuse recovery, food security, and educational empowerment.
• Build frameworks for scalable partnerships, ensuring alignment with Harvest Solutions' mission and values.

2. Partnership Development

• Identify, approach, and establish digital partnerships with community organizations and institutions.
• Negotiate and formalize agreements to ensure a collaborative and seamless integration of resources onto the Harvest Solutions platform.

3. Digital Program Implementation

• Lead the integration of partner-provided resources into our digital ecosystem, ensuring accessibility and usability for platform users.
• Develop virtual tools, guides, and materials to support community organizations and their audiences.

4. Awareness Campaigns

• Collaborate with partners to design and execute digital campaigns that raise awareness around key issues, including mental health, domestic abuse prevention, and college readiness.
• Promote partner initiatives through Harvest Solutions' app and website, ensuring maximum visibility and impact.

5. Team Leadership

• Build and manage a high-performing team dedicated to digital partnership development and resource integration.
• Provide mentorship and support to staff, fostering a collaborative, innovative environment.

6. Impact Evaluation

• Monitor the effectiveness of digital outreach initiatives, using analytics to assess engagement and resource utilization.
• Present data-driven impact reports to leadership, highlighting successes and opportunities for growth.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in community outreach, partnership development, or digital program leadership.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strategic thinking with expertise in designing and implementing collaborative programs in a digital environment.
• Familiarity with outreach areas such as mental health, domestic abuse prevention, food security, and education.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring for digital platforms.
• A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
