About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Construction to lead the interior, finish out, capital improvements, and limited ground-up construction of its Atlanta portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Construction Management team, preserving existing property and construction management business, and growing the 3rd party CM fee revenue for the division. This role requires a focus on developing the staff, managing larger and more complex construction projects, and ensuring the seamless customer and tenant experience by interfacing with leasing and property management teams. The VP of Construction will also be tasked with driving top-line revenue, managing the construction division's payroll and operating expenses, and building lasting relationships with industry partners.Applicants for the Vice President of Construction position at the company should possess effective leadership, strong organizational, and self-starting skills, with a significant background in preconstruction experience. The role demands a candidate with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 6 years' construction or real estate experience, and a proven track record in team management.
