About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Employee Relations to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing new employee relations strategies, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, and overseeing workplace investigations. This role requires the ability to find fair resolutions to employee disputes, enhance employee morale, and provide mediation as needed.
