The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to spearhead its financial strategy, operational management, and organizational growth. This executive position is pivotal, with a strong emphasis on accounting leadership, financial reporting, inventory management, and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving financial performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring compliance with GAAP standards and internal policies. A hands-on approach is essential, as the role involves overseeing a wide range of financial activities, from AR, AP, and treasury to month-end close processes and financial statement approvals.Applicants for the Vice President of Finance role at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a CPA, CMA, or MBA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in senior leadership within a manufacturing environment, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance, as well as proficiency in ERP systems and financial software for reporting and analysis. Strong leadership skills, the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, and experience in process optimization are also key qualifications for this position.
