We're seeking an exceptional Vice President of Integrated Production to join our client's premier digital content agency in Tribeca, NY. This is a unique opportunity to lead a growing production team and create high-end photo and video content for some of the world's most iconic brands.

Reporting to the EVP of Production, you'll oversee diverse projects across live action, CGI/AI, VFX, stills, and post-production while shaping the department's strategic vision. This role is ideal for an experienced integrated producer, producer, or senior producer—or someone with executive producer experience—who is ready to take the next step in their career.

Collaborate with top brands like Amazon, Apple, Disney, L'Oréal, LVMH, Nike, Tiffany & Co., and more in industries ranging from beauty and fashion to tech and automotive.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to execute high-end productions across multiple formats.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a world-class production and post-production team aligned with the agency's creative goals.
• Represent the agency as a trusted production expert, delivering solutions that balance creative vision and budget requirements.
• Expand relationships with top-tier talent, freelancers, and agencies to support diverse projects.
• Manage production budgets ranging from $50K to $5M, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Oversee resource allocation, legal compliance, and post-production workflows to deliver projects seamlessly.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to optimize production processes and elevate creative output.

Key Requirements

• A proven history of success as an Executive Producer with expertise in digital content creation for luxury brands.
• Deep technical knowledge of production and post-production services, including live-action, VFX, CGI, AI, and more.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
