Base pay range

$148,750.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Exciting Opportunity Alert! Our Kforce client, a renowned and well-established Financial Services firm, is on the hunt for an exceptional VP of IT Support and Service Management to join their team. This position will be responsible for managing third-party system integrations, providing exceptional support to key business stakeholders, and enhancing IT services for our internal development teams. The VP will play a vital role in ensuring IT operations meet regulatory standards, align with business objectives, and support a dynamic work environment.

  • System Integration: Lead IT operations for third-party systems
  • User-Centric Support: Oversee IT services for high-demand users
  • Support for Development Team: Provide infrastructure, tools, and services to support internal development teams in application deployment and testing
  • Service Management: Implement IT service management frameworks
  • Vendor & Third-Party Management: Manage relationships with third-party vendors
  • Strategic Leadership: Align IT services with business goals, focusing on operational efficiency, security, and compliance
  • Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Optimize and secure cloud infrastructure for both internal and external applications
  • Mobile & Secure Communications: Ensure secure mobile device management (MDM) and communication platforms for high-profile users
  • Compliance & Data Retention: Ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Procurement & Budget Management: Oversee IT procurement, ensuring cost-effective solutions and strong vendor relationships

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology
  • 10+ years of experience in IT support and service management
  • 5+ years in leadership roles
  • Proven experience managing third-party system integrations and working with financial tech platforms
  • Strong knowledge of ITSM frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
  • Coming out of Financial Services
  • Experience providing infrastructure and IT services to agile development teams
  • In-depth understanding of finance industry
  • Experience in managing cloud infrastructure, mobile devices, and secure communication systems
