A rapidly growing leader in custom pre-fabricated steel structures for government and municipal clients is seeking a VP of Manufacturing to drive operational excellence and support its ambitious growth trajectory.

The Opportunity:
This newly created role is critical to rapidly scaling production in 2025. Youll refine operations, integrate new acquisitions, and strengthen lean practices in a highly customer-driven, engineered-to-order manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-site operations across two facilities in the Southeast U.S. (Pending M&A expected to nearly double the footprint)
- Build a lean-focused, metrics-driven culture (SQDC).
- Scale capacity and integrate M&A operations seamlessly
- Drive talent development with hands-on, people-first leadership.
- Oversee processes from raw material welding to advanced product outfitting and assembly.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Proven experience in engineered-to-order (ETO) or design-to-spec manufacturing.
- Expertise in welding or metal forming process.
- Multi-site plant management experience.
- Strong M&A integration skills.
- Demonstrated success in driving key operational metrics (SQDC).
- Exceptional people leadership and change management capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience using LEAN tools to build capacity, accelerate growth and enable innovation.
