POSITION OVERVIEW
The Vice President (VP) of Mount Sinai Children's and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the Kravis Children's Hospital plays a critical role in ensuring the strategic execution of the hospital's goals and initiatives. The VP/COO acts as a primary advisor and decision-maker and serves as a member of the Kravis Children's Hospital leadership team. This position is responsible for driving cross-functional activities and projects, determining priorities, and facilitating the implementation of strategic initiatives. The VP/COO will make key decisions, manage crises, streamline processes, and remove barriers to achieving strategic system-wide goals.
