Requirements: Must understand Guest Satisfaction systems and is knowledgeable of the strategies to improve the score. Must be able to manage Sales staff to grow room and food revenue. Understand day to day operations of the hotels to reduce wasteful spending of purchased items and labor. Must improve retention of employees and participate in associate training program. Understand Hotel and corporate P&L system to improve financial performance. Understand hotel renovation and know PIP process for the franchised hotels. Capable of using excel, word documents, etc.in a competitive office environment. Understand hotel restaurant, lounge, banquet and fitness center business and ways to grow them. Must be capable of developing systems and procedures to standardize the processes.
