Calvary Robotics is a Global Systems Integrator specializing in custom automated manufacturing systems for a broad range of industries, including Life Sciences, Transportation, Green Tech, and Consumer Products. We are searching for a VP of Operations to oversee the daily operations involved in the design, build, and development of custom turnkey automation solutions as well as the integration of third-party technology and equipment. This role has responsibilities for overseeing, evaluating, and driving management direction for all Manufacturing, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Quality, and Extended Services. This senior level position service as an integration point for all functions in the execution of projects and as a focal point for customer interface at an executive level. The VP of Operations is responsible for setting improvement targets across the departments. Accountable for:

  • Delivery of key operational KPI's
  • Developing a continuous improvement culture
  • Delivery of projects on time and on budget
  • Providing a high level of customer satisfaction through the PMO, quality, and on-time-delivery
Responsibilities:
  • Lead all operations functions and strategy to support innovation and growth initiatives
  • Contributes, with Executive Leadership Team, to understand trends, potential future opportunities, and challenges
  • Leads PMO and participates, when required, in project status meetings to review schedules, customer satisfaction, and financial performance while providing guidance on action and risk mitigation plans
  • Communicated key analytics to identify issues, foster decision making and drive accountability
  • Acts as an integration point and cross-over manager for all operational disciplines while liaising with Executive level peers to set and deliver on overall strategy.
  • Motivate and manage a direct team of operations leaders
Requirements What qualifies you for this opportunity?
  • Bachelors' degree in a technical discipline, business or related
  • 10 to 15 years' experience in an operational management role; sourcing and manufacturing large project-oriented systems
  • Experience managing highly complex, long-term projects in high-risk situations
  • Financial acumen, with experience in budget analysts and managing operational budgets
  • Demonstrated experience in leading high performing teams and fostering a culture of accountability
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal
