About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Operations to lead their East Coast team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 2 to 4 site Project Managers and their respective site teams. This role involves direct involvement in managing project construction activities, job cost analysis, and ensuring the profitability of projects. The Vice President of Operations will also be tasked with assisting in estimating East Coast bids, procurement, scheduling, and cost control, as well as maintaining strict adherence to quality and safety standards. Effective communication and the ability to coordinate the efforts of all parties involved in projects are essential.Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at The Company must have a Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a similar field from an accredited institution. A minimum of 18 years' of experience in Drilled Shaft installation/construction, 15 years' as a responsible project manager, and 5 years' as a responsible estimator are required. The role demands a high level of experience in the construction of various below-grade foundation systems, including Cast-in-drilled-hole (CIDH) Piles, Support of Excavation systems, Micro and/or Mini-piles, and other similar elements. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are also a prerequisite for this executive position.
