Key responsibilities include strategic and engineering leadership, business development, capacity planning, and resource management, as well as plant management, quality and technical leadership, supply chain and cost management, labor relations, and safety and compliance. The role demands a leader with a strong background in deep-draw metal stamping and fabrication, experience in managing cyclical demand, and a proven track record in scaling operations and new product launches.The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Operations position at the company will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or operations management, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in manufacturing leadership, particularly in unionized environments, is required.
