The Company is in search of a VP of Product to join its founding team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in defining and executing the product strategy, acting as the external representative of the product, and driving the project to the forefront of the AppChain ecosystem. Key responsibilities for the VP of Product include spearheading product development, engaging with the developer community, conducting competitive research, and establishing the protocol as a leader in decentralized AppChain infrastructure. The role also involves serving as the customer advocate, collaborating on strategic initiatives, and building relationships with key industry stakeholders.Applicants for the VP of Product position should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in product management, strategy, or a technology leadership role, with a strong preference for those with a background in Web3, blockchain infrastructure, or developer-focused products. Familiarity with various blockchain ecosystems is a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to articulate complex technical concepts, excellent communication skills, and a bachelor's degree. Responsibilities also include authoring and publishing thought leadership content, participating in governance discussions, and tracking and achieving quarterly and annual goals.
