About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Public Relations and Corporate Communications to join our team. In this key role, you will be instrumental in crafting and executing communication strategies that showcase our commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainability while highlighting our innovative technologies. You will collaborate closely with various business units to effectively communicate how our efforts contribute to combating climate change. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing corporate communications and developing impactful messaging.
• Coaching team members on media interactions and inquiries to ensure consistent and positive representation of the company.
• Leading initiatives that promote our employment opportunities and corporate social responsibility efforts.
• Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and the media.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for effective communication. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 15 years of experience in communications or public relations leadership, including 5 years in a B2B environment, are essential. Experience within the HVAC or energy sector is a plus. You must possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage diverse teams, and a proven track record of executing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and business acumen are necessary for success in this role. This position also requires an inspiring leader who can motivate their team and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
