About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Resource Development and Marketing to join its executive leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and directing the organization's fundraising and financial sustainability initiatives, as well as its marketing communication and awareness efforts. This role involves setting the strategic direction for resource development and marketing, ensuring that objectives and KPIs are met, and overseeing the execution of strategies related to individual and corporate giving, sponsorships, and donation tracking. The VP will also be tasked with telling the organization's story to prospective supporters and inspiring them to contribute to the mission of providing a safe and engaging space for youth.Applicants for the Vice President position at the company should have a four-year degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in fundraising, gift acquisition, or sales. The role requires a proven ability to meet financial targets, manage budgets, and lead a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a strong background in project management. Experience with youth-focused non-profit organizations, particularly in after-school or summer enrichment programs, is preferred.
