Location: South Bronx, New York (Onsite)

Compensation: $180,000–$200,000 base + up to $100,000 in performance-based bonuses

A growing firm in the residential and commercial services industry is seeking a Vice President of Service to oversee operations, ensure exceptional service delivery, and drive customer satisfaction. This individual will be instrumental in optimizing service strategies and leading a team of skilled professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee service operations to ensure quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies for operational improvement and cost management.
• Manage and mentor service teams to enhance performance and achieve operational goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications:

• 8–10+ years of experience in a senior service operations role, preferably in HVAC, facilities, or related fields.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Experience with operational analytics and performance metrics.
