About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP for Technology/Data Transformation Oversight. The successful candidate will be a key business partner to project teams, building and maintaining relationships with transformation partners to gain insights, advise on best practices, and assist in executive-level updates and management insights. This role requires a professional with a proven track record in change and project governance, project management standards development, and experience in delivering change projects. The VP will be results-oriented, with the ability to influence and negotiate, and will be responsible for ensuring the adoption of best practices in project execution, as well as leading assessments and review activities in a matrixed environment.Applicants must have a background in project or change governance within a large, diversified financial institution, or as a consultant in a similar capacity. The role demands a leader with excellent relationship management, collaboration, and influencing skills, and the ability to create robust project management and governance structures. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role in project management, change management, or a related area is required, along with a BA or BS degree. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of commercial investment banking, regulatory frameworks, and financial operations, and be adept at process and control design principles. A project management or related certification is a plus.
