The role also involves managing multiple MGA programs, targeting wholesale partnerships with insurance carriers in the transportation sector, and overseeing data vendors to ensure a best-in-class cost structure. The candidate should be adept at writing divisional Standard Operating Procedures to maintain efficient and accurate workflows. A minimum of 7 years' of experience as a high-performing underwriter with a focus on transportation underwriting is required, and a BS/BA degree is a must. Experience in leading a division is a plus.
