They will also be instrumental in enabling data-driven decisions, program-managing critical product initiatives, and leading a small team of program and project managers. The role requires a seasoned product leader with a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams, managing large-scale product initiatives, and driving the adoption of product management tools.Applicants for the VP, Product Transformation role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, with at least 10 years' of experience in product, product operations, program management, or related roles within the enterprise software industry. A minimum of 5 years' of people and team management experience is also required.
