Company Profile: Our client is a unique and innovative marketing services organization that provides solutions to help eCommerce and Technology companies reach their customers. They have scaled to over $50M in revenue since 2017 and take pride in their positive culture and strong leadership group. They are looking to hire their first Vice President of Sales to lead the sales organization, define strategy and help take them to the next level. Job Description: ?The VP of Sales will be responsible for overseeing an Account Executive and Business Development Representative who are focused on driving new business sales within eCommerce and Technology accounts. The VP of Sales will be coaching and supporting the team through all stages of the sales funnel, while also directly supporting sales efforts as needed to achieve the sales target. The VP of Sales will be building a systematic approach and training, and lifting up the rest of the team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Requirements: 8+ years of experience carrying a quota and exceeding individual sales goals within the Marketing & Advertising Services industry. 3+ years managing a team of quota-carrying Account Executives responsible for new business targets. Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up like environment, provide coaching and leadership, and build and shape sales processes for growth. Location: Candidates must be based in the Greater New York City area. This is a hybrid work environment, reporting to a New York City office 3 times per week. Job #5200 Base Salary: $170,000 - $180,000 Total Comp: $340,000 - $360,000
