The Opportunity This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing organization at a pivotal moment. As Vice President of Sales, you will lead the companys sales strategy across wholesale and retail channels, driving both sell-in and sell-out performance. In this critical role, you will oversee revenue growth, optimize retail operations, and cultivate strong partnerships while managing and expanding the Brick & Mortar portfolio. With a focus on delivering exceptional results, this position offers the chance to shape the companys sales vision and align it with broader business goals. What you'll get to do Sales Strategy & Execution Lead the sell-in and sell out wholesale strategy, developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share across wholesale and retail channels Oversee sell-in strategies to key accounts, ensuring optimal product placement and alignment with the companys strategic objectives Monitor and analyze sell-out performance to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue potential Implement strong plans to constantly accelerate productivity per doors Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment between sales efforts, brand positioning, and promotional strategies Retail Management Lead the retail strategy for brick-and-mortar stores, focusing on store performance, profitability, and customer experience Analyze key retail metrics and implement initiatives to drive foot traffic, conversion rates, and overall sales performance Team Leadership Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, including wholesale account managers, retail managers, and sales operations professionals Set clear performance goals, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability Partner with HR to develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and customer engagement Business Development Cultivate strong relationships with key wholesale accounts and strategic partners to identify growth opportunities and strengthen partnerships Identify and evaluate opportunities for retail expansion, including new store openings and market penetration Stay ahead of industry trends and consumer behavior to proactively address challenges and capitalize on opportunities Financial & Operational Oversight Own the sales P&L, ensuring budget alignment and achievement of financial targets. Develop accurate sales forecasts and reporting to track progress and inform decision-making Optimize sales operations, including inventory management, pricing strategies, and promotional planning We'd love to meet you if you have Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; preferred 15+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role overseeing wholesale and retail channels Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a consumer-driven industry, preferably beauty, fashion, or luxury goods Strong understanding of retail operations, including brick and mortar store management and customer experience Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teams Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights Strong communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a focus on long-term goals A few things you'll love about us An entrepreneurial, creative and welcoming work culture A range of learning and development opportunities An international company with plenty of opportunities to grow A competitive compensation & benefits package Hybrid work policy
