About the Role

The Company is in search of a VP, Deployment (Construction) to play a pivotal role in the clean energy movement. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and implementing the strategic vision for the future of distributed generation and utility-scale solar and storage construction. This includes setting strategic goals that align with national objectives, integrating with various operational teams, and building a high-performing construction team. The role demands a leader with a strong background in solar and/or storage field operations, cross-functional project leadership, and a commitment to the mission of creating a clean and accessible energy future. The VP will also be tasked with managing construction risk, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and ensuring the team adheres to safety and quality standards.Applicants for the VP, Deployment (Construction) position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in solar and/or storage field operations, with a preference for those with a background in PV and/or storage roles. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a technical Master's degree being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in team management, a culture of performance, and a passion for innovation. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to collaborate across the business, and a commitment to the company's mission are essential.
