Our client is searching for an experienced talent acquisition professional to join their team.

Must have at least 6 years of experience in investment banking, private equity or consulting from a bulge bracket, premier PE or blue-chip consulting firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to source and secure top talent across levels
  • Drive efficient Talent Acquisition (TA) processes to improve key recruitment metrics
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
  • Communicate the company's value proposition and role-specific advantages
  • Deliver an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience
  • Manage external agencies and reduce overall recruiting costs
  • Lead strategic recruiting initiatives and events
  • Maintain talent dashboards, reports, and recruitment SOPs
  • Research and implement new TA technologies
  • Provide data-driven insights and flag risks/opportunities
  • Lead process improvements and change management initiatives
  • Enhance employer branding and manage referral programs
  • Coach junior TA team members and lead internal TA training

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier program
  • Located in or willing to relocate to New York; in-office presence 4 days/week
  • 6+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in investment banking or private equity
  • Expertise in candidate sourcing, selection, and behavioural interviews
  • Experience in employer branding, diversity recruitment, and change management
  • Familiarity with Lever (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage high-pressure deadlines
  • Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and responsive mindset
