About the Role

As a Mini Episodes Editor, you will be responsible for creating and editing episodes for our app DramaBox to support our growing team projects across US. An ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in marketing creative teams or short video editing, with a strong understanding of social media platforms, mini series.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to edit mini episodes for the DramaBox app and create promotional ads
• Review any flaws and provide feedback on rough-cut videos
• Continuously improve video content based on feedback from the production team
• Work effectively and collaboratively with teams across various time zones
• Ensure timely and consistent communication
• Ensure quality and consistency across projects in line with brand guidelines

Qualifications:

• Experience in mini episodes editing and proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, and Davinci (plus).
• Ability to follow instructions and independently solve problems or work collaboratively to meet goals and deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Must be detail-oriented and strive for perfection.
• Strong creative thinker and proactive in seeking out new solutions to challenges.
• Must be familiar with social media platforms including but not limited to: YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Must have a knack for pairing music with storytelling. Perform other duties as required Startup experience is an asset.
