Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and data-savvy Video Editor to produce engaging content for social media and performance marketing campaigns. This role blends innovative storytelling with a results-driven approach, creating videos that resonate with audiences, drive conversions, and align with our brands objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing & Production:

  • Edit short-form and long-form video content tailored for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
  • Incorporate storytelling techniques, transitions, motion graphics, and other creative elements to enhance video quality and engagement.
  • Repurpose existing content into platform-specific formats optimized for audience preferences and performance goals.

Performance Optimization:

  • Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign KPIs such as click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-install (CPI), and audience retention.
  • Conduct A/B testing on video elements (e.g., hooks, CTAs, and formats) to identify top-performing variations.
  • Analyze campaign data and audience feedback to refine editing techniques and improve video effectiveness.

Creative Collaboration & Innovation:

  • Work with the creative team to develop fresh concepts for video ads and organic social media content.
  • Stay current on social media trends, digital marketing strategies, and emerging formats to ensure content remains relevant and innovative.

Quality Control:

  • Ensure all videos meet brand guidelines and maintain a consistent, high-quality standard.
  • Adapt and iterate on edits quickly based on feedback to meet deadlines and project goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in video editing for social media platforms or performance marketing.
  • Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific video requirements.
  • Familiarity with performance marketing concepts and the ability to interpret campaign metrics to inform creative decisions.
  • Creative storytelling skills, especially in capturing attention within the first few seconds of a video.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Basic animation and motion graphics experience.
